Prior experience in a care role would be advantageous however it is not essential - what's important is your caring attitude and that you're passionate about providing the outstanding level of care and service we pride ourselves on within Grange Lea. All necessary training will be provided to new starters and employees will be supported to undergo further additional training (such as NVQs).
